These can be surprising memories, wonderful memories, or incredibly loving memories. Whatever you feel are the best moments of your relationship are what you should write down.
Hopefully, this exercise will help to bring a smile on your face. You’ve probably been frowning far too much lately, and it is time to feel good again. By bringing forth these happy memories, you are solidifying in your mind that getting back together is a good idea. These memories are what you have to fight for since you want to create new ones with the person you have lost.
